The Secretary General of the Cabinet of President, Boris Josifovski, has held several responsible positions within the local and central government. In the period from 2005 to 2009, Josifovski was engaged as Counselor in the Municipality of Gazi Baba, where he gained experience in managing one of the most dynamic, largest and most developed municipalities in the capital.
As a graduated Art Historian at the Faculty of Philosophy, University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje”, Boris Josifovski was engaged as Counselor in the Department for culture-related activities, within the Ministry of Culture, and then as State Counselor for International Cooperation.
President Dr. Gjorge Ivanov in 2009 invited Boris Josifovski to join the team as State Counselor for Domestic Policy. As one of the leading persons in the Cabinet of the President, Josifovski has been assigned to the position of Secretary General since 01.04.2010.
