The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today representatives of the National Association of Nurses, Technicians and Midwives of Macedonia.
At the meeting, the representatives of this Association briefed the President on their activities, as well as on the challenges they face in their work. They said they are committed to improving the position of nurses and midwives in their workplace, projecting a positive and realistic view of nursing. They stressed that they are lobbying locally and nationally to develop and implement policies that will improve the quality of patient care by improving the role of the nurses, midwives and students in order to achieve better results in the health.
