The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today the President of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, Zoran Zaev.
At the meeting, Prime Minister Zaev congratulated the President on his assuming of office and wished President Pendarovski successful term.
The two interlocutors exchanged views on the current developments in the country and on the future cooperation between the two institutions. President Pendarovski and Prime Minister Zaev pledged for specific and substantial cooperation between the President and the Government, aimed at ensuring overall progress of the country and meeting the strategic goals – membership in the European Union and NATO.
The President and the Prime Minister stressed the need for a concerted and joint international appearance and intensification of the reform processes in the country in order to realize the European and Euro-Atlantic perspectives of the Republic of North Macedonia and to improve the living standard of the citizens.
