The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today Natalia Zadorozhnyuk, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of North Macedonia.
The meeting discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and the opportunities for their promotion in all spheres of mutual interest, especially in the economic, cultural, educational and scientific fields, as well as in the health sector.
The relations between North Macedonia and Ukraine are based on trust, mutual understanding and support, as both countries share the same values and have equal determinations, EU and NATO membership. President Pendarovski underlined the interest and readiness of the Republic of North Macedonia to intensify and improve the overall relations with Ukraine.
At the meeting, they exchanged views on the current situation in the two countries, the latest developments at regional and global level, as well as the key challenges that countries face in overcoming the pressing issues.
