The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received
YaqoubAlateeqi, Ambassador of the
State of Kuwait to the Republic of North Macedonia, resident in Sofia.
At the meeting, they exchanged views on the overall bilateral relations between North Macedonia and Kuwait, expressing mutual readiness to deepen the cooperation both politically and economically.
President Pendarovski emphasized the need to promote cooperation between the two countries by introducing new content and forms, in view of opening new opportunities for enhancing economic cooperation, trade exchange and investment. In this context, the meeting emphasized the need to exchange high level visits.
The meeting also exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East.
