The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, met today with the delegation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria, led by Chief of General Staff, General Andrej Bocev.

The meeting reaffirmed the cooperation between the armies of the two countries, as well as the overall defense cooperation between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Bulgaria, whereas it was concluded that both countries contribute to the stability and security in the region. President Pendarovski stressed that the experience of the Bulgarian Armed Forces as a NATO member state could be beneficial to the Army of the Republic of North Macedonia.
