President Stevo Pendarovski, today, as part of his working visit to Belgium, had an audience with the King of the Belgians, Philippe.
President Pendarovski and King Philippe expressed satisfaction with the development of relations between the two countries, which are characterized by strong and sincere friendship, based on mutual respect and understanding. On the eve of the celebration of 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the interest in further promotion of bilateral cooperation was stressed.
In the conversation with the King of the Belgians, Philippe, President Pendarovski expressed gratitude for the open and constructive cooperation so far, as well as for the support for the Macedonian integration process in the European Union.
At the meeting, the alliance within NATO was highlighted as an added value to the joint action for building a more stable and safer Europe.
