Today, President Stevo Pendarovski received the head of the delegation of the European Union to the Republic of North Macedonia, Ambassador David Geer and the new deputy ambassador of the EU delegation, Ben Nupnau.
At the meeting, they discussed the current situation related to the European aspirations of our country, the reform progress, as well as the political situation in the country and in the region.
The interlocutors exchanged opinions and information on the course of the accession negotiations and the screening process, as well as on the next steps that North Macedonia should take in order to progress in the EU integration process, with President Pendarovski stressing that the European agenda depends on us, as well as its implementation of the obligations that need to be fulfilled.
