President Stevo Pendarovski received today the President of INTERPOL and Inspector General in the Ministry of Interior of the United Arab Emirates, Major General Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi.
The meeting discussed the cooperation of our country with INTERPOL, which this year marks 30 years of membership in the organization.
President Pendarovski expressed support for further deepening of cooperation with the organization, in the function of global security and expressed confidence that our country will continue to contribute to international police cooperation.
President of INTERPOL Al-Raisi informed President Pendarovski about the key aspects of the organization’s 50th European Regional Conference, which was held from May 8 to 10 in Ohrid.
At the meeting, opinions were exchanged on the overall development of bilateral relations with the United Arab Emirates.
