In an interview on Television 24, President Stevo Pendarovski expressed his views on the topical issues in the country’s foreign and domestic policy.
Student protests, amendments to the Constitution and possible consequences, the case of Onishchenko and the National Security Agency, reports of bombs in high schools, were some of the questions in the interview. The President also spoke about our position as a NATO member state through the prism of the war in Ukraine, as well as about the expectations from the accession negotiations for EU membership from the aspect of the relations with Bulgaria.
Regarding the student protests, the President expressed his belief that their demands are founded and called on the government and the opposition to meet the needs of the students.
