The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, was welcomed today at the Ibrahim Rugova Square in Pristina, at an official ceremony with state and military honors, by the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, thus beginning his official visit to the Republic of Kosovo.
President Pendarovski had a tete-a-tete meeting with President Osmani-Sadriu, which was followed by a plenary meeting of the Macedonian and Kosovo delegations.
The meetings focused on the overall bilateral relations between the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Kosovo, where it was pointed out that the relations between the two countries are constructive and friendly, and the cooperation takes place through an open and dynamic dialogue. The meetings stressed the interest in the development of overall cooperation, both in the context of common views on NATO and EU integration and in the economy, which is an additional investment in building a stable partnership and good neighborliness.
