President Pendarovski, on the occasion of Labor Day: To fight for real valorization of every worker in the country, of each individual who, through his activity, hard work and sacrifice, contributes to the common good
On the occasion of May 1st – International Labor Day, President Stevo Pendarovski sent the following message:
With the hope that we send the pandemic into oblivion, today, I congratulate the International Labor Day to all citizens, workers and fighters for a better tomorrow. As in the height of the crisis, so today, we pay tribute to all workers without whom we would hardly be able to overcome the health, economic and social crisis.
As a state, let us make constant efforts to promote the rights of all workers. Let us fight for real valorization of every worker in the country, of every individual who, through his activity, with his hard work and sacrifice, contributes to the common good.
May 1st is a real opportunity to remind that our aspiration for a better, fairer, European society in every segment of life should be transformed into everyday life by joint efforts.
Our task is not only to secure and protect them, but also to constantly promote workers’ rights.
Let us be loud to the injustices, let us respect the workers and their right to a dignified life, because only in this way will we succeed in the much-needed progress that every worker and every citizen deserves.
