As part of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Latvia, Egils Levits, to the Republic of North Macedonia, President Pendarovski and President Levits laid wreaths today at the grave of the Macedonian revolutionary Goce Delchev, in the church “St. Spas” in Skopje.
After the wreath-laying ceremony, the two presidents visited the church and were informed about the iconostasis, the icons and frescoes in the church “St. Spas”.
Earlier, President Stevo Pendarovski welcomed President Levits at an official ceremony in the Presidential Cabinet with the highest state and military honors, and after the tete-a-tete meeting and the plenary meeting of the official delegations of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Republic of Latvia, there was a joint press-conference.
