Open cabinet for US exchange students within the framework of the Yes Abroad program

As part of the Open Cabinet activity, the President’s Cabinet was visited today by US students who are on exchange in the country, as part of the Yes Abroad program of the American Council for International Education – North Macedonia.

Students who live in host families and attend local schools, had the opportunity to visit the rooms where official and work meetings are held, the halls where meetings, celebrations, events and press conferences are held, as well as to see the imposing diptych “Macedonia – Bright Country” and “Macedonia Remembers” by the author – academician Gligor Chemerski, placed on the two walls in the Mosaic hall.

The visitors met and talked with President Pendarovski about his work, presidential responsibilities and activities in the Cabinet. During the conversation, the students shared their experiences from the volunteer activities and the impressions from their stay in the country so far.

Open Cabinet, as part of the Face to Face project, enables visits to the Cabinet and direct meetings with President Pendarovski. So far, the institution has been visited by thousands of citizens of different ages, professions and occupations, students from the country and abroad, as well as students from primary and secondary schools.
