Students from the “Ljuben Lape” Primary School from Skopje visited today the Cabinet of President Stevo Pendarovski as part of the Open Cabinet activity.
The visitors met President Pendarovski, talked with him about the presidential office, about his responsibilities and regular activities, and shared their interests and affinities within the framework of the educational process.
During their stay in the Cabinet, the students visited the rooms where official and working meetings are held, as well as the halls where meetings, ceremonies, events and press conferences are held. In the Mosaic hall, they saw the impressive diptych “Macedonia – Bright Country” and “Macedonia – Remembers” by academician Gligor Chemerski.
Previously, they also attended the ceremony for changing the state flag on the plateau in front of the Cabinet, performed by the members of the Army’s Honors and Service Battalion, which is held with the aim of raising the feeling and respect for the flag of the Republic of North Macedonia, as a symbol of our country.
Open Cabinet continuously allows citizens of different ages, professions and occupations, students from the country and abroad and students from primary and secondary schools to visit the Cabinet and meet President Pendarovski.
