President Stevo Pendarovski attended today in Ohrid the 35th Ohrid Swimming Marathon, which is being held under his patronage.
At the start, President Pendarovski wished the participants a peaceful lake and a successful race, emphasizing their contribution to the affirmation of the Ohrid Swimming Marathon.
President Pendarovski watched a part of the marathon in the company of talented students, winners of awards at international competitions, who are guests of the president and his wife as part of the program to support young talents “Open Cabinet for Talented Students”.
This year, Arne Furlan Stular from the Republic of Slovenia, Francesco Getini from the Italian Republic, Matias Dias Hernandez from the Argentine Republic, Sidrit Desku and Arion Budima from the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the hosts Aleksandar Ilievski and Evgenij Pop Acev, are competing in the men’s category. The only participant in the women’s category, this year, is the Argentinian Rita Vanessa Garcia.
