President Stevo Pendarovski received today the representatives of “Osten”, Mice Jankulovski and Kornelija Koneska.
At the meeting, the President was introduced to the ongoing activities of “Osten”, the international cooperation achieved, the exhibitions and projects carried out, as well as the preparations undertaken for successful implementation of the activities in the coming period.
In that direction, the representatives of “Osten” informed about the official exhibition – Biennale of Drawings, which will be held on 22 February 2023 in Cifte Hamam in Skopje, as well as about the upcoming World Gallery of Caricatures (1969-2023).
Several decades of traditional organization of the World Gallery of Caricatures, as well as the World Gallery of Drawings, President Pendarovski pointed out, is proof of the originality and quality of the “Osten” brand, which encourages freedom for the artist and unconventional expression.
At the meeting, the President expressed his support for the development projects and initiatives of “Osten” in the field of culture and art, as well as for the cooperation with artists and caricaturists from all over the world, through which they contribute to the international affirmation of our country. At the same time, the President welcomed the establishment of the Drawing Museum – a collection of over 15,000 works.
