The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today General Milan Mojsilovic, Chief of General Staff of the Serbian Army.
At the meeting, they exchanged views on the overall cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense through open and constructive dialogue.
President Pendarovski praised the cooperation between the armies of the two countries and their participation in joint regional initiatives, expressing his expectation that the cooperation will continue in the future, in the interest of both friendly countries.
At the meeting, President Pendarovski pointed out that NATO membership is one of the main strategic goals of the Republic of North Macedonia since the declaration of independence and assessed that it will contribute to the long-term stability and security of the region.
