President Stevo Pendarovski, on the sidelines of the 5th edition of the Paris Peace Forum, had a meeting with the President of Hungary, Katalin Novak.
At the meeting, it was emphasized that North Macedonia and Hungary maintain excellent bilateral relations, with developed cooperation in several areas of mutual interest.
President Pendarovski said that we appreciate Hungarian support for the Macedonian European integration and expressed his expectation that it will gain additional intensity in the accession process of North Macedonia to the European Union.
The meeting also discussed the changed geopolitical situation in Europe, in the context of the Russian invasion against Ukraine, and the presidents shared opinions and views on this.
President Pendarovski is paying a working visit to the French Republic, on the occasion of his participation in the 5th edition of the Paris Peace Forum.
