President Stevo Pendarovski, during the NATO Summit, met today with Robert Golob, Prime Minister of the Republic of Slovenia.
Congratulating the formation of the new Slovenian government, President Pendarovski expressed hope that the development of excellent bilateral relations, both politically and economically, would continue.
The interlocutors discussed the issue of European integration of North Macedonia and the region, which is constantly high on the Slovenian foreign policy agenda, with the President thanking Slovenia for its continued support for our EU accession.
The meeting also discussed the excellent cooperation in the field of defence, which is especially important for both countries as NATO allies.
