During his participation in the Munich Security Conference, President Pendarovski met with Thomas Gomar, Director of the French Institute for International Relations (IFRI), a leading think tank in France.
At the meeting, the President had the opportunity to get acquainted with the priorities of the current French Presidency of the European Union, with emphasis on enlargement to the Western Balkans, as well as with the activities related to the Conference on the Future of Europe – processes in which experts from renowned think- tank IFRI partake.
President Pendarovski expressed his satisfaction with the engagement in various initiatives taken by France, which are aimed at strengthening its engagement in the Western Balkans, including the announced EU-Western Balkans Summit in June this year.
