President Stevo Pendarovski received today a delegation of the Organization of Reserve Officers of the Republic of North Macedonia (ORORNM) on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Organization.
At the meeting, President Pendarovski was informed about the current activities and tasks of the Organization, their role in defense and security, as well as the cooperation they have with the competent institutions in North Macedonia and related associations from NATO member states. The representatives of ORORNM informed the President about their international activity, as a member of the Central European platform GAMINGER initiative and associate member of the Inter-Allied Confederation of Reserve Officers (CIOR). At the same time, they presented the planned program activities to mark the 70th anniversary of their establishment.
In the conversation, President Pendarovski expressed his expectation that the Organization of Reserve Officers will continue to successfully perform the tasks entrusted to the defense system, through preparation and practical training of members for defense, protection and rescue, which will continue to contribute to the affirmation of the military profession.
The President congratulated on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Organization of Reserve Officers and wished them success at the upcoming meeting of the GAMINGER initiative, which will be hosted next year.
