President Stevo Pendarovski received Stephane Dion, Canada’s Special Envoy for the European Union and Europe.
Friendship and good bilateral relations between North Macedonia and Canada were confirmed at the meeting.
The interlocutors exchanged opinions and information on the security situation in the region and in Europe, and President Pendarovski informed the interlocutor about the course of Macedonian European integration.
At the meeting, the strong multilateral partnerships between North Macedonia and Canada were highlighted, especially within NATO, and the interest in expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest was stressed.
