The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today, at her request, the President of the political party Glas za Makedonija, Solza Grcheva.
Grcheva conveyed the views of her political party regarding the electoral system, financing of political parties, and media representation of political parties in the election period.
President Pendarovski reiterated his position that he supports the initiative of several political parties, submitted in the past period to the President’s Cabinet, about the electoral model which requires amending the Electoral Code.
The President of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, believes that the democratic development, equality, the rule of law, and the right to free and fair elections are an important factor for the European integration of the country, and in the function of the prosperity of the Republic of North Macedonia.
