The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today the Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Narine Sahakyan.
At the meeting, the UNDP representative briefed President Pendarovski on the current projects and future priority activities of the organization in the Republic of North Macedonia.
The interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the fruitful cooperation established between North Macedonia and the UNDP mission, expressed through a number of successfully implemented projects and initiatives that directly affect the improvement of the overall quality of life of the citizens of the country.
President Pendarovski emphasized the extremely important role of the mission in achieving our development goals, as well as their direct and unselfish engagement on our reform path in achieving our strategic priorities, EU and NATO membership.
Hence, the President stressed the need for further maximum involvement and active cooperation with UNDP by all institutions and civil society organizations at local and central level.
