The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, with the highest state and military honors, was received today by the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
Following the tete-a-tete meeting of President Pendarovski and President Duda, the delegations of the two countries held a plenary meeting which reaffirmed the sincere friendly relations and political dialogue. Poland is a consistent supporter of our Euro-Atlantic integrations and President Pendarovski’s visit is expected to reaffirm support for North Macedonia to launch EU pre-accession negotiations.
President Pendarovski will have bilateral meetings with the Marshal of the Sejm, Elzbieta Witek, and the Marshal of the Senate, Tomasz Grodzki.
During his official visit, President Pendarovski will meet prominent Slavists living and working in the Republic of Poland.
During his official visit to the Republic of Poland, President Pendarovski is accompanied by his wife, Elizabeta Gjorgievska.
