President Stevo Pendarovski had a video conversation today with Miroslav Lajcak, European Union Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues.
The interlocutors exchanged views and information related to the latest developments in the region, the importance of regional cooperation and the process of enlargement of the European Union.
President Pendarovski informed the Special Representative Lajcak on the current situation in the country and the implementation of the election process.
In view of the resumption of the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo, President Pendarovski stressed that the contribution of the European Union is more than necessary in finding an acceptable solution that will strengthen regional stability and in that regard welcomed the importance of the mission of the special representative Lajcak.
The interlocutors agreed on regular communication and exchange of information of mutual interest in the upcoming period.
