President Stevo Pendarovski attended today at the Independence Square in Kiev the central event on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence.
The event, addressed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, included ceremonies of raising the Ukrainian flag and awarding recognitions, as well as a festive parade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
At the Mariinsky Palace, President Pendarovski attended a reception hosted by Ukrainian President Zelensky.
The celebration of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence is held under the slogan “You Are My Only One” with the presence of more than forty delegations from countries and international organizations with hundreds of foreign guests, including heads of state, representatives of foreign governments and parliaments.
