President Stevo Pendarovski received today the Macedonian men’s cadet handball team, after winning first place at the EHF Championship (under 18) this month in Latvia.
President Pendarovski congratulated on the excellent team play, saying that the road to the championship title without a single loss is impressive and the fact that four Macedonian national team members were selected in the ideal team of the championship.
We are proud that the cadet national team, with its superior triumph, continues the tradition of excellent results in Macedonian handball, as one of our most successful sports, President Pendarovski told the Macedonian national team.
At the meeting, President Pendarovski wished the cadets further success, having secured with the triumph of the EHF Championship in Latvia a place at the Cadet World Championship 2023 and the Youth European Championship 2024.
