Regarding the statement of the President of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, about the rating of President Pendarovski, please read below the statement from the President:
“Hristijan Mickoski is the last politician in Macedonia who should speak of personal rating.
Even after five years as President of VMRO-DPMNE, he has a twice lower rating than the former president, Nikola Gruevski.
In Macedonian political history, the presidents of the largest political parties always had twice as high personal rating as the parties they led. This was also the case with Branko Crvenkovski and Zoran Zaev in SDSM, and with Ljubco Georgievski and Nikola Gruevski in VMRO-DPMNE.
Mickoski is the only exception because he has a 50% lower rating than the party he leads.
The most accurate indicator of Mickoski’s personal rating is indeed the latest survey of the IRI Foundation, in which President Pendarovski has the most confidence, and Mickoski is not even among the top five on the list.”
