As part of the Open House event, students from the USA and North Macedonia, who were on exchange studies in the USA, visited the President’s Cabinet today.
The Macedonian and American students who are part of the “YES” program, together with the representatives of the American Councils for International Education in North Macedonia, had the opportunity to meet with President Stevo Pendarovski and get to know the competencies and work of the President.
The American students informed President Pendarovski about the program through which they study Macedonian language, their impressions from the visit to the country and about the cooperation with the Macedonian students who study English language through the “YES abroad” program through a stay in the USA.
President Pendarovski welcomed the dedication of the American students in studying the Macedonian language and culture, wishing them a pleasant stay in the country.
The visitors had the opportunity to tour the Cabinet, listen to information about the history of the building, to look at the rooms where meetings with domestic and foreign representatives take place, as well as press conferences, presentation of credentials to ambassadors and other activities that are part of the Cabinet’s activities.
