President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova received today the Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia, Nives Tiganj.
The meeting discussed the excellent bilateral relations, which are distinguished by intense political dialogue and constructive cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest. In that direction, the President said that the two friendly countries have common strategic goals and interests for lasting peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond.
President Siljanovska Davkova sent congratulations to Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on the occasion of the formation of the new Government in the Republic of Croatia.
President Siljanovska Davkova emphasized the importance of firm and continuous Croatian support for the Macedonian European integration process as the best way for development of the region and for stability of Europe. She emphasized the commitment of both countries as NATO allies to promote and share common values and responsibility towards NATO and contribution to international peace operations.
