Students from Skopje elementary schools “Gjorgjija Pulevski”, from the municipality of Aerodrom, “St. Kliment Ohridski” and “Kiril Pejcinovic” from the municipality of Kisela Voda, visited today the Cabinet of President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova.
Cheerful, restless and smiling, accompanied by their teachers, the students followed the ceremonial changing of the national flag. This interesting ceremony is held every second Friday of the month and is implemented by the Honors Battalion of the Macedonian Army as an expression of respect for the Macedonian flag, as a state symbol.
After the ceremony, the young visitors toured the premises of the Cabinet and talked with the President about her work responsibilities, but also about her personal life, starting from her childhood, school and student days, as well as her teaching career.
In her talks with the students, the President encouraged them to learn and believe in themselves, to respect knowledge, because this will make them competitive, confident, and successful.
