As part of her official visit to the Republic of Croatia, President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova met with the Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic.
At the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the excellent bilateral relations based on mutual respect and trust, intensive political dialogue and constructive cooperation in areas of common interest.
The President stressed that a new impetus in our cooperation, but also proof of sincere friendship, is the initiative of the Macedonian government to conclude a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the government of the Republic of Croatia.
Siljanovska-Davkova expressed gratitude for the strong and continuous Croatian support for the Macedonian European integration process. She welcomed Croatia’s position on the need for rapid EU enlargement with the Western Balkan countries, based on real merits in fulfilling the Copenhagen criteria.
