President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova received today the Letters of Credence of the newly appointed Ambassador of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Konstantinovich Zykov.
Siljanovska-Davkova expressed confidence that the Ambassador’s diplomatic activities will be directed towards professional representation of the interests of the Russian Federation and the Russian people, within the framework of international law.
For Ambassador Zykov, representing his country on the Macedonian soil is a high-importance mission.
He expressed the readiness of the Russian side for open cooperation and for establishing equal and mutually beneficial relations for the sake of prosperity, well-being and development.
“May the arrival of the great Christian holiday – Easter mark the end of wars and the beginning of a new era of peace and well-being”, the President said.
