President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova will lead the Macedonian state delegation to the NATO Summit, which will be held today and tomorrow, 7 and 8 July 2026, in Ankara, Republic of Turkiye.
The delegation includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Timco Mucunski, the Minister of Defense, Vlado Misajlovski, and the Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Sasko Lafciski.
The President will address the meeting of the North Atlantic Council.
The focus of the Summit Agenda is on strengthening of the Alliance’s collective security through greater investments in defense, development of the defense industry and improvement of defense capabilities, as well as continuation of the support for Ukraine.
On the sidelines of the Summit, President Siljanovska-Davkova is scheduled to meet with heads of delegations from some of the NATO member states.
