President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova received today the Director of the World Bank for the Western Balkans, Xiaoqing Yu.
The meeting expressed satisfaction with the ongoing cooperation and partnership focused on economic growth and overall development of the Macedonian society.
Emphasizing the invaluable role of the World Bank in the past three decades, President Siljanovska Davkova expressed gratitude for the continuous projects and initiatives aimed at key areas, business climate, employment, social protection and promoting sustainable green growth.
The interlocutors exchanged opinions on the Partnership Framework for the period 2024-2028, which represents an excellent opportunity for further deepening of mutual cooperation, directly contributing to overcoming current challenges and improving the quality of life of Macedonian citizens.
In that direction, the President expressed her willingness to realize these goals, further promote our economic interests and utilize future potentials.
