President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova today, in the courtyard of the “St. Spas” church in Skopje, laid fresh flowers at the eternal resting place of the great Macedonian revolutionary who fought for statehood, Goce Delcev, on the occasion of the 153rd anniversary of his birth.
As part of the event, fresh flowers were also laid at the grave of Goce Delev by a delegation of the Government, led by Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, a delegation of the Parliament, representatives of political parties and civil associations and representatives of the diplomatic corps.
On the occasion of the 153rd anniversary of the birth of Goce Delcev, a memorial service was served by the Head of the Macedonian Orthodox Church – Ohrid Archbishopric, His Holiness Stefan.
