President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova addressed the International Fair for Innovations, Inventions, Patents, New Products and Technologies and Youth Creativity 45th MAKINOVA and 22nd ECONOVA for environmental innovations and projects through a video message. The event, held under its auspices, on the occasion of the World Science Day for Peace and Development – November 10, brought together a total of 96 participants, from the country, as well as from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and Bulgaria.

Dear young innovators, researchers and inventors,
Dear representatives of Narodna Tehnika,
Dear organizers and participants of the 45th MAKINOVA and 22nd ECONOVA,
Dear guests and supporters,
With sincere joy and great satisfaction, I address this event, which for years has been a refuge for young and rebellious minds, visionaries and innovators, forerunners and change messengers.
MAKINOVA and ECONOVA personify the invincible spirit of innovation, creativity and unwavering desire for a more beautiful and better world.
I firmly believe that science and technology, i.e. anticipatory and revolutionary ideas and the creative mind, are the engine of the future. Faced with your inventions, concepts and solutions, I am confident that Macedonia has a future, if it fights for you, of course, and if it does not let you be taken from another country, forgetting that it is losing priceless human potential.
It is an honor to be the patron of such an event that is brimming with talent.
Dear Inventors,
Today you are here to show that the mind is limitless and faster than light! Your curiosity and your courage to experiment and run forward drive society towards new achievements. You are the future of this country. Your inventions and solutions change life, move the economy, advance society.
Many thanks to Narodna tehnika, which has been a pillar of education and science in Macedonia for more than seven decades, stimulating and supporting you in creating, expressing and realizing your ideas. I have no doubt that you will reach your dream goals and set new supra-Macedonian standards of innovation.
Dear young people,
Do not let expected and unexpected obstacles stop you. Jump them or knock them down. Your steps are unstoppable. Keep exploring, discovering, creating. Every challenge is a chance for something new, every question is an opportunity for an unexpected answer to old, present and future problems.
I wish the provocative days of MAKINOVA and ECONOVA will inspire you and encourage you to even higher goals, awaken in you the potential for even greater successes.
I am grateful that you selflessly invest knowledge in change. You are the Macedonian sun, you are the Macedonian stars, the Macedonian full moon.
I wish you success and express deep respect for your restless mind, deep knowledge, superhuman dedication, inexhaustible creativity and hard work.
Build a more humane world, open new horizons, think deeper, further and faster, protect nature and man because they are in a fatal relationship!
