President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova received today in Villa Biljana in Ohrid, the elected women managers for 2024, from the country and the region, as part of the manifestation “Election of the most successful women”, organized by the “Marili” agency.
At the meeting, they discussed the goals of the event, which has been held for 28 years, as the only one in the country and with the longest regional tradition. In the spirit of the symbolic “Woman Leader” statuette that is presented to the winners, this event continuously promotes female management.
In that direction, the interlocutors informed President Siljanovska Davkova of the activities of the Marili Business Club (MBK) established in 2016, which includes successful business leaders who have received recognition over the years. Uniting over 150 female managers, the club focuses on enhanced collaboration, networking, humanitarian events and encouraging young women to get engaged in the business sphere.
The Director of “Marili”, Lidija Tripunovska, informed about the exclusive printed “Business Catalog of Macedonia”, which the Agency has been publishing for 28 years, with the aim of promoting Macedonia’s significant natural, geographical, economic, ecological, cultural and sports potentials.
Congratulating the elected women managers for 2024, President Siljanovska Davkova emphasized their personal example as an incentive for greater involvement of women in the business sector. In that context, she expressed satisfaction with the commitment of the Agency, that, with its initiatives, projects and activities, contributes to the advancement of female management, as one of the key prerequisites for sustainable development of our society.
