President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova received today the Country Manager of the World Bank for Kosovo and for North Macedonia, Massimiliano Paolucci.
At the meeting, the President expressed gratitude to the World Bank for the continued partnership and support in encouraging the social development and economic growth of the country.
In that context, President Siljanovska Davkova welcomed the World Bank’s efforts so far in improving the business climate, increasing employment and social protection, and promoting sustainable and green growth.
At the meeting, the new Partnership Framework with our country was discussed and welcomed, as an opportunity to further strengthen cooperation with the World Bank and ensure sustainable development.
In the conversation with Paolucci, the President expressed readiness and support for further joint efforts in order to deal with the current economic challenges that are of essential importance, as well as the implementation of initiatives that lead to strengthening the economy and improving the quality of life of citizens. In that direction, the President emphasized her commitment to advancing these goals and promoting the interests of our country through economic diplomacy.
