President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova, today in Ohrid, presented the awards to the best-placed participants at the eighth edition of the “Ohrid TrcaT” athletics weekend.
Miljana Ristic from Macedonia in the women’s competition and Dario Ivanovski from Macedonia in the men’s competition won the first place in the main race of 21 km, and Miroslav Spasov from Bulgaria won the first place in the 5 km race.
The President expressed satisfaction with the high potential and commitment of this year’s competitors, who will undoubtedly contribute to their future significant marathon feats. She also extended special thanks to the organizers of this year’s “Ohrid Trcat” event, for the successful athletics weekend, with a record of 2,200 participants from 31 countries.
