The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, received today representatives of the association “Committee for the Protection of Rights”, as a coordinating organization of several related associations.
At the meeting, the representatives of the association informed the President of their activities and submitted initiatives for adoption and amendment of legal decisions related to court proceedings.
The representatives of the association said that the rule of law is of particular importance for the adoption of the Law on Review of Evidence and Facts used in the adopting court decisions, i.e. evidence and facts originating from law enforcement authorities.
