Yesterday in New York, President Stevo Pendarovski had a bilateral meeting with the President of the Republic of Korea, Yoon Suk-Yeol.
At the meeting, which is the first meeting at the level of presidents of states, there was expressed interest and willingness to explore ways to deepen bilateral cooperation and bring the two countries closer together, after the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2019.
The two presidents emphasized that there are opportunities for the development of political dialogue at all levels, intensification of economic cooperation, as well as cooperation in multilateral organizations.
President Pendarovski expressed his interest in increasing and promoting economic cooperation, while he pointed out that the exchange of business delegations, which is becoming more intense, makes it possible to use the potential for deepening this cooperation.
