President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova received representatives of “Bullfrogs Ballet” and was informed about the work and activities of the first international private school for classical ballet in the country for children and youth at the age of 4 to 18 years.
Aleksandra Nikiforovski, artistic director and founder of the school, informed the President about the multiple participation and successes of the ballerinas in renowned ballet competitions, as well as their placement in the finals of the Youth America Grand Prix, which will be held from 22 to 27 April this year in Tampa, Florida, where 18 young ballerinas are to travel and perform with “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”.
Representatives of the “Bullfrogs Ballet” stressed the importance of participating in the finals of the Youth America Grand Prix and asked for support in realizing the opportunity for their dreams to come true, emphasizing that this is a unique opportunity for the first time, for representatives of the Macedonian ballet scene to perform at the largest ballet competition in the world and one of the three most renowned ballet competitions globally.
The President praised their rare dedication, rewarded with success, expressed admiration and support for the talented ballerinas, as well as the expectation that the challenges will be overcome and their participation in the prestigious ballet competition will be enabled.
