President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova received today the Ambassador of Ukraine Larysa Dir, the Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation, Veronique Hulmann and the Head of the delegation of the European Union, Ambassador David Geer.
At the meeting, President Siljanovska Davkova expressed gratitude for the invitation sent by the President of the Swiss Confederation, Viola Amherd, for her participation in the Summit on Peace in Ukraine, which will be held on June 15 and 16 in Switzerland.
President Siljanovska Davkova said that the upcoming Summit is a good opportunity to provide a platform for dialogue for a comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine.
President Siljanovska Davkova reaffirmed the Macedonian support for Ukraine after the unprovoked and unjustified military aggression of the Russian Federation and called for respect for territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence in Ukraine within internationally recognized borders and territorial waters.
