President Stevo Pendarovski welcomed the decision of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg announced this morning.
After the announcement of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, the President, considered it with the team of advisors and believes that all those affected by the proceedings initiated by the Prosecutor’s Office and the courts in the country should exercise their rights before the domestic institutions, as stated in the decision of the Court in Strasbourg.
Hence, all proceedings before the domestic courts continue until their final completion, i.e. until the exhaustion of all legal means in accordance with the legal regulations of our country.
