President Stevo Pendarovski received today Laima Andrikiene, Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Special Election Assessment Mission for the Early Parliamentary Elections in the Republic of North Macedonia, conducted on 15 July 2020.
At the meeting, President Pendarovski was informed of the activities of the nine-member assessment mission during the election process, which, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, took place in specific conditions, as well as of the preliminary findings and conclusions contained in the mission report.
Expressing his gratitude for the overall engagement of the assessment mission, President Pendarovski expressed confidence that the preliminary findings and conclusions of the mission will serve the competent institutions for further implementation of the future election processes in the country.
