President Stevo Pendarovski received today the President of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, Andrej Plenkovic, who is on an official visit to the Republic of North Macedonia.
The interlocutors exchanged opinions and information about the current situation in Europe and President Pendarovski introduced the Croatian Prime Minister to the developments related to the Macedonian European integration and expressed his satisfaction with the current course of the screening process. Moreover, the President said that the excellent cooperation of the Macedonian and Croatian institutions significantly contributes to the use of the Croatian experience in the process of preparations for the accession negotiations.
President Pendarovski thanked Croatia for the overall support for North Macedonia’s EU membership aspirations.
