The President of the Republic of North Macedonia, Stevo Pendarovski, on the basis of Article 84 of the Constitution, in relation to Article 43 of the Law on the Government, handed over the mandate to Talat Xhaferi today.
“On the basis of Article 84 line 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of North Macedonia, in relation to Article 43 of the Law on the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia and the proposal of the largest political party that forms the government majority, I appoint Mr. Talat Xhaferi a mandator for composition of the transitional Government for carrying out the elections of MPs”, President Pendarovski said.
